Prepare a paper, detailing both the process of working on the project along with the progress made toward reaching the selected goal. A typed daily log must be kept to include details of the progress towards completion of the goal. Evaluate each week by answering the question, "Did I reach my goal this week?" This log must be submitted along with the paper. Students should identify the dimension(s) of wellness that was (were) affected by working on this project. Also, they should include a paragraph describing their feelings relating to working on the project, including specifics of how others encouraged them toward success in working to reach their goal, if appropriate.
