Integration is a vital concept when applied in one?s life. Integrating your life means making ideal choices. Perfect choices on the other go in line with quality decisions. Quality decisions lead to good leadership.An effective leader is that leader who has embraced an integrated life. The leader can come up with rational choices critical in general administration. Integrated life goes hand in hand with the true north. It keeps an eager focused to his/her values, missions, and visions. It also encourages him to focus on decisions necessary in achieving efficiency in the organization. The nature of the relationship with the subjects is defined by how the life of a leader is integrated.

In this week reflective journal, you are supposed to examine or recognize various elements of your life. Which are this essential aspect that values much in your life? Is, is your job, family, or society? Use the figure below in your examination.

Using the figure above, discuss each bucket according to its content. Fill the table below and then proceed to answer the questions. Stick to the journal reflection.
