Read the below description and write a response.

My assessment says my top 5 Strength's are: Analytical, Developer, Discipline, Input, and Responsibility. To me this says I am a strong person that likes to search for reasons and causes. I like to find answers to things, not just accept that things can just happen. It says I like to recognize and cultivate the potential in others. I have no problem with communicating my feelings with others. I enjoy routine and structure. I have a sense of order. I have a craving for knowledge. I take psychological ownership of what I say and will do. I honestly believe in what this says. I did not expect these exact results, but after reading what each one says, I truly believe it. I am the type of person that is responsible. I do not like to hurt people and if I do I make amends as quickly as I can. I take ownership of my actions and do what I say I will do. I am an Input type of person because I love to learn new things. I like to make sure my knowledge is current and accurate. I do not like giving someone false information. I am much disciplined. I make a budget for my bills and stick to it. If I can't afford something I will either save up to obtain it, find a way to afford it or do not get it. I like to have a sense of order. I do not like the feeling of being out of control. I like to get everything done throughout my day and week. Communication is a big thing with me. I am not a mind reader and appreciate it when people communicate with me what they are feeling. I look for potential in everyone. I do not give up on someone just because they make a mistake. I try to help them achieve their goals which in turn help me achieve my own. Every since my daughter died in 2001 I have looked at every situation both positively and negatively. I like to know the good and the bad of every situation so I know which directions are the best to go.
