You have carefully examined the barriers to effective decision-making, you have objectively examined your alternatives and reached a conclusion on a solution. Now it’s time to evaluate the ethical impact and repercussions of the decision. Write a paper in which you need to address the following:

Evaluate the fairness of the decision-making process. Consider, are there any stakeholders who would consider your decision unfair to them? Are there any stakeholders who would deem your decision to demonstrate special favorable consideration on them or others?

Asses the repercussions of the decision on individuals, the organization, and society. Discuss what are the repercussions of the decision on the individuals both in and out of the organization? What are the repercussions of your decision on the organization as a whole, consider both financial impacts, as well as organizational culture and behavior impacts (such as morale, etc). Finally, consider how your decision could impact society, the industry, and/or the environment at large.
