Your CEO has welcomed you on board and has shown you to your office. He proceeds to sit you down and explain the many issues that are troubling him about the business. The conversation lasts about an hour. At the end of the meeting while the CEO has one foot out the door he turns and says, "Let me know your thoughts on how IT can solve our many challenges.
