Your project is to write-up that should be a document containing a comprehensive Three-Year Technology Strategy for a technology-based company/SBU specified in your approved project proposal.

Describes your motivation for doing this particular technology and this particular company, and outlines the rest of the paper. Background and/or Related Work. Describes what other people/researchers in the subject area have done with the technology, how they originally dealt with the its implementation or development, and how they perhaps are wrong, right, or maybe even be improved.

Three Year Plan. This is the most important part of your project. Here you need to be creative on how to present your plan. You can do it, yearly, by semester, quarterly, and even monthly, as you see fit. For example you could use subsections as follows: Year 1: Analysis and Engagement Explanation of what you plan to achieve 1st quarter: Preparation of X Explanation of what you plan to achieve and how to measure it, what procedure you will follow, etc. 2nd quarter: Execution Y in A, B, C Explanation of what you want to get done, any graphs or measurements, etc. 3rd quarter: etc. etc. Year 2: etc. etc. I think you get the point, feel free do add as many subsections as you want, and even a graphical abstraction of your plan if you want.

Examines your technological transformation plan under different perspectives and draws some conclusions about their significance for the company under study, society and individuals. Conclusion. Concludes the paper by giving a summary of your most important points, and giving some final thoughts as to future work and things you wish to experiment later on, if any.
