procter and gamble is a global service or manufacturing organisation of my choice and i need to critically evaluate their existing operations and supply chain and how they can improve the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of their supply chain processes (plan, source, design, manufacture, deliver, return) and internal operations management (scheduling, directing, monitoring, maintenance, etc.) to gain competitive advantage in the global market.
