The research that I found measured job satisfaction relative to personality traits. They tracked using two data sets. The first one used the nominal a data. And one portion of the charts traits are written such as neuroticism, agreeableness Etc then those traits are assigned based on predetermined variables that measured for personality variance in the categories. This data aligned with the nominal measurement because it contained named data and categories that included frequencies. The second chart used a ratio measurement. It included the statistical information and assign values between personality traits, job satisfaction and life satisfaction. It used different combinations of the personality types to assign values to job satisfaction and life satisfaction from information collected from open-source data. We know it's ratio measurement because the information is presented in order and measure the data with values. If I was conducting my own study, I would use a nominal level of measure because data compiled nominally presents information clearly without applying mathematical values to the information. When I was examining the charts from research, I found the nominal chart easier to understand.
