You will present a 3-4 minute narrative speech. You will select three personal items and tell us a story about those items. Items from the past and present that have a meaning, and also an item that helps in your future(example: book, a gift that will represent your future) In your presentation, you will tell us why you selected them and their significance to you and your life. This speech should include true stories and experiences about yourself. Since you are talking about something familiar, confidence, enthusiasm, and sincerity will come through in your delivery, even if you feel speech anxiety.
