   1. Look for articles that are related to the textbook material (covered so far or yet to be covered).
   2. Summarizing the article (the essence of what it says or argues) and how it either ties in with subject matter covered in the textbookand/orpertains to your organization or how you could apply it to your organization.
   3. The article or topic should be from the last 2 years.
