Many employers are looking for employees who have a good sense of what their skills and abilities are and are also aware that they need to improve areas that they have not mastered. Most recently, I worked on the customer service associate for an online clothing company, where my main responsibilities included handling merchandise returns, managing customer complaints, issuing refunds, and helping customers to complete their transactions. I have also worked with customers in my part-time work as a host for a local restaurant.

I am proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and customer service database applications. I am hard working and learn quickly. I am confident in my abilities but also will not hesitate to ask for help, if I need it. I recognize that it is important to be a good team player, but I can also work efficiently on my own. As a part-time business student at Anytown College, I know the importance of time management and staying on task
