Responsibility and Accountability of Leadership This discussion forum will focus on the responsibility and accountability of leader has to his/her subordinates or followers. First watch the video: Jonestown: Paradise Lost (Documentary) Discuss the following: 1. How did Jim Jones articulate his vision? 2. Was Jim Jones, the charismatic leader of the People's Temple, responsible for the death of 913 members of The People's Temple in 1972? Or did they choose to commit suicide? 3. Should leaders be held accountable for the actions of their followers? Or, are followers responsible for their actions and choices?
