As you have learned, facilitating a productive meeting requires skills that may be critical to your career success.

Your Task. Individually, describe how you would deal with the following examples of unproductive or dysfunctional behavior and other challenges in a team meeting that you are running. Please elaborate in your answer for each, as to how you can help coach the person into finding a way to turn the situation around. Using the skills and information learned in this section, please provide reasons that each of these statements are a detriment to the organization.
