Knowing that the ship is steaming due south at $12m\frac{i}{h},$ determine $($a$)$ the velocity of the airplane, $($b$)$ the wind speed and direction. Answer should be Va$=274$ miles an hour with an anglenoangle of $30\mathrm{.}9$ and Vw$=26\mathrm{.}7$miles an hour with an angle of $20\mathrm{.}8$
