Description of the Production Process

Production of an alternator begins with the anmature. The armature is placed and secured in a housing. Magnetic brushes are then installed on opposing sides of the armature housing. The rear ammature cover is fitted on and held while the front cover is secured with longitudinal bolts. Next the pulley assembly is connected. Fimally, two sets of contact wires are screwed on and the alternator is checked before shipping.
