Plot groups more affected by the CSBs activities (actions, decisions, etc.) higher along the Interest axis, and those with more power to affect CSBs success at fulfilling its mission further to the right along the Power axis. When plotting a group, consider both dimensions simultaneously if the group has high power but low interest, for example, they would be somewhere in the bottom right of the diagram. b. Offer some justification for why you placed 2 or 3 stakeholder groups where you did. c. Different stakeholder groups can have different, even competing goals. What are some conflicts you might expect to happen between its stakeholder groups?
