This is something I vaguely remember from using Excel at work. There is a way to put in a formula and have multiple cells follow that formula to populate specific numbers An interesting point Dr Belluci brought up was how Excel can be used to track accreditations and degrees. I also never considered using it as tool to measure my own productivity. I could use it to keep track of hours worked and hours studied.
