1. An appointment may at times require multiple visits. A visit is identified by a visitid, and an appointment as already mentioned by an appntid. A visit may require hospitalization and hence maintains the following columns: visit startdate, visitenddate, patient account number, and do_transport ( a column indicating whether the patient would need transportation). Appointment need not have a visit but a visit must have an associated appointment. A visit can be associated with multiple appointments but also must have at least one appointment.

For this problem:

write a line (one-liner) indicating the nature of relationship,

draw an ER diagram clearly delineating all columns and Primary keys and Foreign keys,

decide on the number of tables needed, and

four accompanying statements of maximum and minimum cardinality.
