1.1 Mini-Intro. For the mini-intro, describe your reactions to the question and how the question connects with the NACE competenciesLinks to an external site. (see our class overview slides as well - click hereLinks to an external site.).
1.1 Situation. What was the situation you faced and the presenting issue? Scan the situation and present your mission - your goal.
1.2 Task. What was the task you had to undertake? Describe your assessment of the situation and what is required to accomplish the goal (problem and diagnosis)?
1.3 Action. What happened? Tell the story of what you actually did (intervention).
1.4 Results. What were the results of the action you took (evaluation)?
1.5 Mini-Conclusion. Then, for the mini-conclusion, discuss what you learned from writing out your response to the question, along with your strategy for answering the question in regard to your dream job and ideal organization.

You will find all kinds of excellent examples. Create one very creative exam question on this module that is multiple choice, multiple answer, or matching (no T/F or Fill in the Blank). Some of the student questions will be used on the exam. Be sure to write it in a proper format: Provide the correct answer, below the question give an explanation of the correct answer, and then state where the content for the answer can be found in the module resources, links, chapter.
7. Leader Informational Interview. You will complete your interview in a sequence over the semester. One step at a time. The first step, is this discussion forum STA. Here you learn about informational interviews and how they are different from behavioral interviews. In the next discussion forum (FUN/GRO) you will identify who you will interview and schedule the interview. In the final discussion forum of the semester, you will conduct the interview and provide a summary of the experience.
