1. Can someone help me write interview questions for a company, the company that I'm creating the interview questions for is a school. The purpose of the interview is to understand the current business process of the company and to know the problems encountered with the current business process. I'm supposed to use the information I've gathered from my SWOT analysis, my SWOT analysis is below. I'm planning on creating an attendance tracker and an assignments tracker for the school.

SWOT analysis

1. Strengths

a. Takes advantages of internal and external technology training opportunities.

b. Staff is open to learning new technologies.

2. Weaknesses

a. The training center was completely unprepared for online schooling

b. The teachers still use notebooks to keep track of the student attendance and grades

c. The teachers also manually compute each students grades.

d. Because of the pandemic the teachers find it hard to keep track of the students attendance and their assignments. Since the training center doesnt have a LMS.

3. Opportunities

a. May find that learning outcomes for online education are the same as or better than those in F2Fcourse

b. Should continue to focus on local and regional online enrollment since most students dont live near the campus.

4. Threats

a. Other training center may offer better technologies for online schooling.

b. Some teachers may doubt the integrity of the system.
