3. Organizing your work into sprints:

You should organize your work into sprints on Trello.

Sprints are short periods of time (typically 2-4 weeks) during which a specific set of

tasks or goals are accomplished.

You should create a Trello board for your project and add all the tasks you need to

complete in each sprint.

4. Following the progress on Gantt diagram:

You should use a Gantt diagram to track the progress of your project.

A Gantt diagram is a visual representation of the tasks and milestones of a project,

and how they are related to each other.

You should update the Gantt diagram regularly to show the progress of your project.

Submission:

You should submit a report of your project idea, and how you followed the software

life cycle, organized your work into sprints, and followed the progress on Gantt

diagram.

You should also include the Trello board and Gantt diagram as part of your

submission.
