Any time a manager is addressing an HR issue, start with the appropriate government website that states the law (all included in the Human Resource Module below the learning modules -keep scrolling). Cite your sources in APA format.

2. Choose a company where youd like to work someday. Research that companys organizational culture. A good place to start is the companys website. You can also search for news stories about the company, job listings from the company, and social media posts by or about the company.
