a. Run a command to show the log_mode of the database. By default, your database should be in NOARCHIVELOG MODE. However, if your database is already in ARCHIVELOG MODE, change it to NOARCHIVELOG MODE before starting this activity. 

b. Login into RMAN 

c. Log all your RMAN output into a file 

d. Run commands to complete a COLD BACKUP. 

e. Run command to list all backupset in your RMAN repository

 f. Exit RMAN and login into SQL as “SYS” 

g. Run SQL commands to show your RMAN backups 

h. Locate the physical backup files and screenshot them 

i. Delete the backups from RMAN 

j. Exit RMAN and login into SQL as “SYS” 

k. Run SQL commands to show your RMAN backups
