I believe Walmart is a perfect example of a company with a strong organizational culture. Starting with Walmarts current slogan Save Money. Live Better. Walmart does its best to ensure that its customers save money by shopping at Walmart. It is a goal to make customers feel like they are important and matter. They start this process off by making their associates matter.

Walmart associates run everything from Walmart facilities to the online Walmart app. That is why it is so important to express the appreciation the associates deserve. Walmart is constantly showing its care for its associates in a variety of ways. From our ten percent discount cards to free Walmart plus memberships to many other great benefits. By taking care of their associates, Walmart can run in so many different ways to serve consumers at a reasonably low price.
