1) Create a Cause and Effect Chart with the Effect "Why I Chose Humber College and Global Supply Chain Management Post Graduate Certificate"

a) Include the 6 Major Categories and provide a minimum of 3 Sub-Categories for each major category. Each Major Category must be summarized with 1 paragraph minimum and each Sub-Category must be summarized with 2 sentences.

b) Include a Cause that is labelled on the Fishbone Chart and ensure to write a minimum of 2 paragraphs

c) Include a percentage for each Major Categories and sub category (Hint: 100% for overall diagram and each category consist of 100% and give % to each sub category out of 100% e.g. Manpower 100% and its sub category is 50% /30%/ 20%)

2) Pareto Chart

a) Create a Pareto Chart based on the Cause and Effect Chart in question 1

3) Value Stream Mapping

a) Create a Current State mapping your typical week

b) include 2 paragraphs for each task and include if each task is value added and/or non-value added. (Hint: you can have sub-tasks that are non value added) (IE Social Media could be value added but watching cat videos are non value added)

c) Each task needs to include duration and you need to ensure you cover one week duration

d) Create a Future State mapping your NEW typical week

e) include 2 paragraphs for each task and include what improvements you will make even in the value added category. (Hint: you can have sub-tasks that are non value added) (IE Social Media could be value added but watching cat videos are non value added, you may want to reduce watching cat videos from 1 hr to 20 minutes)

f) Each task needs to include duration and you need to ensure you cover one week duration
