a) Include the 6 Major Categories and provide a minimum of 3 Sub-Categories for each major category. Each Major Category must be summarized with 1 paragraph minimum and each Sub-Category must be summarized with 2 sentences.

b ) Include a percentage for each Major Categories and sub category (Hint: 100% for overall diagram and each category consist of 100% and give % to each sub category out of 100% e.g. Manpower 100% and its sub category is 50% /30%/ 20%)

a) Create a Pareto Chart with based on the Cause and Effect Chart in question 1 (1 chart of main category and another chart for sub category, Must include percentage and cumulative Percentage in pareto chart)
