Section 2: Create one Goal and three Objectives for the senerio

Section 3: Assume the assessment has already been done (which is how you have the options listed above) and explain in detail how you will plan, design, implement, and evaluate the project.

• Be sure to include who will you invite to the table to discuss and decide on the plan and how you will come up with a plan and share how you plan to evaluate after the implementation to learn if the project accomplished your intended goal.
• Be sure to include your exact teaching method and instructional materials that will be used and how your materials will be accessed. Be detailed and use words to bring the idea to life.
• Be sure to defend why you have decided to do/create what you did and explain what characteristics of your materials make it fully accessible to the group (if resources will be in another language be sure to include the details and how translation will work).
• Be sure to reference the literature to support why you have decided on each step of your project.

Section 4: Explain what barriers (at least three) you expect to have when implementing your project and provide some ideas of how you can overcome the barriers. Consider how families and health care providers can be included in the implementation of the plan.
