Design a synchronous “modulo-10” counter, using JK flip-flops. This counter is to count from 0 to 9 and then repeat. The flip-flops have no “reset” inputs, so you cannot asynchronously reset the counter to 0. Since this is a synchronous counter, only the JK inputs can be used to create the next state of the counter.
