1. Determine the high-level processes, data stores, data flows, and entities for the online streaming system (e.g. Netflix).

2. Use Microsoft Visio to create a Context diagram DFD.

3. Use Microsoft Visio to create a Diagram 0 DFD.

4. Please submit your diagrams embedded in one MS Word doc.

Purpose of the exercise: This exercise will give you initial practice in creating data flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio.

Process to create the DFD Diagram:

1. Start Microsoft Visio (found in the Microsoft Office family)

2. Double click blank drawing

3. The symbols can be found under More Shapes/Flowchart/Miscellaneous Flowchart Shapes (please use Gane and Sarson symbols)
