1. Discuss the difference between quantum and incremental change. Make sure you include in your discussion what is likely to cause one type of change versus the other, including a discussion of time necessary to make such changes and which is more likely to occur and which is more likely to be made successfully.

2. Discuss how one should determine whether a performance gap exists. Discuss whether you have personally been using such a process to manage your own behavior and life. Then briefly discuss how you would use the systems model and its design components to determine the root causes of your own personal performance gap.
