3) If you haven't already done so in question 2, outline what considerations an organization would need to consider as they decide whether to employ open source or proprietary tools for their cyber program.

4) Lastly, choose one specific open source cyber tool (it could be one that is used for threat identification, containment, eradication, etc.) and compare/contrast it with a proprietary tool which does similar functions. Explain how they are similar and different, then describe what would make an organization lean towards one or the other.
