$1.$ Freda Banson is an Accra$-$based astute businesswoman In December $2022$ she entered a contract for the supply of $5000$ pieces of T$-$shirts, she had a T$-$shirt with her in her office and she asked the manufacturer to consider producing T$-$shirts like the one she had. After a month, $3500$ pieces of the T$-$shirts were supplied Even the ones supplied were different from the one that was in the office of Freda Banson because of this, Ms$.$ Banson has refused to accept the T$-$shirts which were supplied and consequently would not pay the supplier. In a related development, Banson$$s cousin Agyemang has a business which he incorporated as a company called BB Limited. Agyemang procured $30$ computers from H$5$ Solutions in the name of his company. After $5$ months, payment has not been made for the said computers. H$5$ Solutions is contemplating bringing legal action against Agyemang for the recovery of the cost of the computers.
