Given the following data for a series of a process that has $3$ operations $($A$,$ B and C$),$ calculate the first$-$time yield $($FTY$)$ for each operation and the rolled throughput yield for the process.

Hint: Both reworked parts and scrapped parts impact yield but the scrapped parts do not make it to the next operation where the reworked parts do$.$ This is important in calculating the First Time Yield $($FTY$)$ for each operation.
