2. Recommendations This is the main part of your paper where you provide recommendations to the company on how to improve in the area of management you selected above. Use the SMART goal setting procedure (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time bound) to outline a course of action for your company to improve in that area withing the next three years. You must explain in detail how your recommendation will achieve each of the five elements of SMART goal setting. Note that this section of your paper is the most important and you should demonstrate your use of management concepts appropriately. To explain your recommendations, you must clearly state your goal first. Then proceed to explain each part of your recommendation with respect to the goals relevance to the problem identified, specificity, measurability, achievability, and maintaining timeline objectives.
