$1.$ Generate a timer that resets every second.

$2.$ Use the timer to increment a counter such that LEDs $1$ through $6$ turn ON in sequential order

one second apart from one another.

$3.$ Pause the process for $5$ seconds once LEDs $1$ through $6$ are all lit.

$4.$ After the pause, make LEDs $1$ through $6$ turn off in reverse sequential order one second apart

from one another.

$5.$ Use another timer to pause the process for $5$ seconds once LED $1$ through $6$ are all turned off.

$6.$ Limit steps $1-4$ to five cycles. $($all on$,$ all off, all on$,$ all off$).$ You may need a second counter.
