1. have a conversation with someone about experiences with DEIB and the culture at work. Come up with a proposition that finishes, how might we, for example, how might we create momentum for DEIB without a formal program in place?

2. find a collaboration partner or partners to research and generate ideas for your how might we proposition. Perhaps there are other ideas others can offer that didn't occur to you. Like connecting to another initiative already in motion one that already has approval and support. Be generative. Come up with as many ideas as possible.

3. test one idea out and refine or enhance it based on your learning. What happens when you mock up or pilot a new idea? How do people engage with it?

4. share what you did with another group and answer the question, what next?
