1) In your Lab computer, run Windows 7VM. (Note that if you use your home computer and have an admin privilege, you do not have to use a Virtual Machine.) 2) In your Windows VM, login to Canvas. In Module 4, find and download "M4-MBR_image" to your working folder. Be sure you know the path to the downloaded file as you will need to find the file. 3) In your Windows VM, also find and download "winhex.zip" from the Canvas Module 4 into your folder in Windows VM and install the software. 4) In your Windows VM, run WinHex software. In WinHex, open "M4-MBR_image" file and investigate the Hex table (MBR specifically) for the volume structure of the image. Note that the byte address shown in the WinHex is either hexadecimal or decimal format.
