1. It is desired to finish the design of a leveler of a mechanical system, which is in the concept stage, which indicates that it does not have final dimensions, as indicated in figure 1. Where it has as requirements, that said leveler has to be built in 3D printing, with the material PLA (Polylactic Acid), which belongs to the polyesters, this being a synthetic polymer. Leveler Therefore, to provide a solution to the requirement, the following is requested: - Calculate the efforts and deformations at the base of the leveler, for impressions to the 50%, 75% and 100% of the density of the material. Said efforts have to be calculated analytically for the three densities and computationally with the finite element method for the 100% density. - Compare the results between analytical and computational. - Propose a final design including the appropriate dimensions and densities and that guarantees that it does not fail for the maximum load. (Note: If experimental validation of the proposed design is carried out, there will be a bonus of 1.5 units in the partial) 1.
