It is desirable to answer with a research paper on at least two issues that arise in one of the topics of operating systems. The paper should include three main sections: Introduction, Body, and Conclusion.

For example, First Come First Serve is a well known CPU scheduling algorithm. However, it has several disadvantages. The algorithm should be well explained first. Then issues are discussed.
