Today + 4 days b. 30th of June - 7 days The final product A has the BOM (Bill of Material) below: Product A Qty:1 EA Semi-Finished B Qty :4 Raw Material C Qty :3 Raw Material D Qty:2 I For final product, we have inventory on hand of 600 EA (Each) and for Raw material D. 500EA The lead time and production time for each are: 8 m Lead time for raw material D: 2 days Lead time for raw material C: 9 days Production time for Semi-Finished product B: 5 days Production time for final product A: 8 days If we have the forecast below for finished product A and for the next month: 30th of June 2021------Qty: 2600 EA In both Forwarding and Backwarding method: Question 1) Please calculate how much we need to order for the raw materials C & D and when we should order? Question 2) When should the production order starts for the semi-finished product B and the final product A and how much we should produce?
