1. Provide a 1-2 page Project Annotated Proposal for the research topic and at least three (3) reference sources. Each student is required to prepare a comprehensive presentation involving detailed research into the human resources planning and performance management issues of a company of their choice as a demonstration of the use of principles and theory drawn from the course and proposing recommended action to address given issues. The proposal must include a description of the proposed topic, its relevance to the course and the methodology to be employed in the analysis of the HRP issues. When selecting a company/business to research within your topic, do NOT pick Google. Apple, Amazon, McDonalds and Nike, as those will NOT be accepted. 2. The analysis done at each step provides the necessary foundation upon which to develop and present the project: a) Inventory of facts (history of the company, HRP challenges) b) Strategic Management (company business strategy; environmental scan: forecasting models) C) HR Planning (techniques to regulate supply and demand, change management approaches, performance evaluations tactics) d) Recommendations and offering solutions
