Why do we need it here in America? c) Research to find out if another country also has tort reform laws and briefly detail the name of the country and what the law looks like. 2) Read the article about big data, privacy and people analytics and answer the following: a) Should employees be concerned about their privacy in an age where there is so much data being collected and stored? b) should there be protections for individuals' privacy in regards to pre- employment screening tests, like personality or cognitive testing? 3) Research to find a case were a corporation was held criminally liable.
