Identify two leaders living or non-living (preferably Canadians, preferably one male and one female) who you think are/were great leaders. Answer the following questions in about 400-500 in total for both leaders.

• Why do you think that the leaders you chose are/were great leaders?

• How effective is/was the leadership style of each leader?
• From where did each leader draw their leadership power?
