2: In this video, two teachers meet with Student Support Coach Ms. Henry to discuss a student who has had a difficult day. How does Ms. Henry try and help the student? What do the teachers learn from her?

3: Think about a difficult day you had in middle school or high school. If Ms. Henry was your Student Support Coach back then, what do you think she may have said? Would this have helped you? Why or why not?

4: What operant conditioning techniques could be used the next time Ms. Henry's student has a bad day?
