1) The Iphone iOS operating system is being tested against the Andriod 10 operating system to determine if there is a difference in the proportion of system failures. Fifteen out of a random sample of 150 phones using the iOS operating system experienced system failures within the first eight hours of operation. Nine out of a random sample of 140 phones using the Andriod 10 operating system experienced failures within the first eight hours of operation. The researches believe the iOS operating system is more stable and thus should experience less system failures that the Andriod operating system. Perform a hypthosis test at a 5% level of significance and include all pertinent information.
