1. Use eight, seven segment, displays to develop a design that will implement a Display Driver for a Scrolling Display with a left to right cyclic shift at each clock-cycle. The required display words are: inis ngure mustrate a one-step, one-tiock-tytie, snit to the mgrt. 2. Include further functionality in your design by allowing the option of a right to left scroll (This part is a 3 pts BONUS over your final course grade) 3. DESIGN CONSTRAINT: For a design that scrolls the prescribed display words do not use more than two flip flops. If you are not able to meet the design constraint you will lose a few points in your project grade. 4. Requirement: You may use built-in Logisim parts and components but any sequential circuit used (except shift registers) should be synthetized starting by developing a state diagram and/or state table and following the procedure taught in class. 5. Observation: Note that the characters should be pre-set (pre-defined) and then automatically loaded in the display. In other words, in order to scroll the pre-set characters across the display you can only use the clock. 6. Your project report should include, and document, all steps in your design. 7. Test and validate the functionality of your design using Logisim. This figure illustrates a possible design. You have to design what is inside the driver box. Your own design could have less/more inputs and/or less/more outputs
