• Analyse the risks

• Evaluate the risks.

2. Using the risk you identified as being the most likely to happen in Question 1, create a contingency plan.

Within this plan, you must:

• Include actions to follow, such as:

• who will be involved in the plan

• who to inform

• the strategy to treat the risk

• the time frames

• what resources would be required

• how information will be communicated about implementation

• Consult with relevant stakeholders to gain information:

• using language appropriate to the audience

• using appropriate body language

• Follow any relevant workplace policies and procedures to monitor and maintain the plan.
