1- We have seen how we can explode a context diagram to DFD 0 i.e. DFD Level 0.

2- We have also discussed the key terms Leveling and Balancing.

3- We have also seen what are the different symbols that are used to create a DFD along with the rules of using them.

4- We have also discussed when further leveling/decomposition/explosion is required.

Now you are required to use the above knowledge and then:

1) Analyze and decide weather you have to explode process 2 "Create Invoice" at slide 14. If the answer to this question is a "Yes" then:

2) Draw DFD Level 2 with the "children processes" of parent "Process 2" and also balance this level.

You can use Internet, books and any other reference material of your choice or recommended in our introductory lectures.

Submission:

If the answer to step 1 is a yes and you move to step 2 then the submission will include:

1- One page DFD Level 2 which should be balanced as well.

2- Half a page description of the DFD Level 2.
