1. What do you think the process is for planning a workbook (multiple answers are possible here)?

When it comes to the process of planning I would guess first step would be to recgonize what is the need for action? What is needing to be taught from this workbook? After that is established, figuring out how the lessons will be split up. Then within those lessons what is the objectives in each lesson? And then overall will someone using this workbook understand and be able to comprehend what is trying to be taught?

2. What will determine what elements (e.g. charts, tables, formulas, pivot tables) need to go into the workbook?

Based on the objectives being taught in the workbook is how you would determine what goes into the workbook. If charts, tabes, formulas and pivot table are included in the workbook, providing examples or scanarios that can help with more understanding and/or learning.

3. What can you do to make the workbook more readable?

In order to make the workbook more readable you can use larger font sizes or sub headings. Using basic or simplier text instead of fun looking or cursive texts will help with being more readable. If the workbook usees dates, he dates can be changed to long dates.
