3. How do you plan to better acquaint yourself with each individual? Describe how you will identify what motivates them intrinsically and/or extrinsically. Specify what steps you will take (or are already taking) to implement your strategy and identify who you will (or already do) collaborate with in the process.

4. Estimate when you will start getting better acquainted with your team or how often you will continue efforts already in process. Be sure to relate your timeline to the steps you previously outlined.
